I had the privilege of meeting Michael, the fine owner and Laura, the superb baker at CopperQ. We were about 12 people in line and Michael surprised us by giving us free cupcakes and me, a slice of the most deliciously exquisite carrot cake, I've ever tasted in all of my travels. Michael is a classy family man who has your family unit in mind, as he brainstorms to bring us the best experiences & tastes.
